When substituting for an extract use 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Where just a hint of flavour is needed we suggest adding the flavour by the drop using an eyedropper/pipette until the desired intensity is achieved. This product is supplied in a 1 dram bottle = 3.7mls.
